During winter break for the first time ever I saw snow. I went down to Tallmadge, Ohio during winter break to visit some friends and family I have down there. When I first arrived there was snow on the ground but it wasn’t much and it was starting to melt to my disappointment. I it only really snowed at night the first few days I was there and I started to become sad because I really wanted to be outside when it started to snow. I had lots of fun down there with my family and friends. We would have small snowball fights in the morning after eating breakfast or just took turns pulling each other on a sled. The best day was when we went out to eat at a restaurant. We were talking and having some laughs when our waitress came over to refill some of our drinks. I was getting ready to say thank you to her when she smiled and said ‘Look! It’s snowing outside.’ I immediately swiveled in my chair to look out the windows and to my amazement it was actually snowing. Grabbing my friends hand we both ran outside and started to play in the snow. It seemed like we were out there for a very long before our parents told us it was time to go. I was sad to leave and I even cried when we started to board the plane back to Titusville Florida. Either way it was an amazing experience and I hope I get to go back next year.
