 The Talon, the student journalism publication of Astronaut High School located at 800 War Eagle Blvd., Titusville, FL, recognizes itself as a public forum and encourages letters and stories from all Astronaut students and journalism staff.

The Talon will not display advertising promoting activity illegal as determined by Florida law, which includes advertising opposing any religious beliefs, advertising written in poor taste, advertising with racial or sexist comments, advertising considered inappropriate by the staff or advertising containing libel. Acceptance of advertising does not constitute endorsement by the school, the staff as a whole, or its individual members. Astronaut High School reserves the right to review and edit all advertising according to state and district statute and policies.

The Talon is not responsible for websites viewed through links found on pages mentioned in the publication.

The Talon maintains the right to edit all submissions by students for poor taste, length, grammar and libel.
